During this difficult and challenging time for the UK, we are doing all we can to ensure that all our customers, especially those in vulnerable situations, continue to receive the services they need.
It is important to me to offer you reassurance that we are continuing to deliver safe and reliable service to all our customers. We are following the guidance from the Government and putting extra safety precautions in place. We will continue to monitor the situation and update our guidance and working practices accordingly. Please note, we are now running on a reduced service team with limited employees available to answer calls.
